You are provided with access to this website by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below. Intellectual property - You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors and must not be copied without prior permission.
Prices - All our products are individually handmade and priced accordingly. We reserve the right at any time to modify or amend pricing or discontinue products for whatever reason and without prior notice. Postage and packaging is free on all orders within Australia for our standard delivery.
Payment and Security - All website payments are processed in AUD securely through the Shopify checkout. We accept online payments from most debit and credit cards including as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. A highly secure service is provided and your full credit card details are not held on our database. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel any order ... or where fraud is suspected or where false details are given.
Product Description - We recommend reading each product's description for size, style, colour and material before going ahead with your purchase. Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct, and photographs of our products are as accurate as we can get them, as each product is handmade, they may be slight variations in colour and finish it is normal that colours online may look slightly different to the actual product.
